With over five decades of hands-on experience, Dave has led the company through every evolution of the construction industry - expanding its capabilities, pioneering new methods, and earning the trust of clients across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets. His leadership is rooted in the values that shaped the company’s DNA: hard work, accountability, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
Even as Concrete Structures grew to national recognition, Dave never stepped away from the core of what made it great mentoring the next generation, investing in people, and ensuring that every project reflects the same pride and craftsmanship that started it all. His impact continues to shape not just the company’s legacy, but the standards of the industry itself.

Michael Clark, President, Concrete Structures General Contractor Division.

Michael Clark has spent more than three decades building construction enterprises, expanding markets, and leading organizations through significant growth. His career spans company ownership, national development platforms, and executive leadership of major construction organizations, with extensive experience in business strategy, organizational development, and large-scale construction programs.

Beginning in 1985, Michael transformed his subcontracting business into a full-service general contractor, ultimately building a $300 million construction and development enterprise. He later served as Senior Vice President of Construction for a national developer, directing construction operations during its expansion from a $400 million regional organization into a $2.6 billion national platform within five years. His leadership extended across major development portfolios, including projects valued in the hundreds of millions and landmark developments exceeding $1 billion.

As Executive Vice President of Construction for a national industrial development firm, Michael directed geographic expansion, established operational departments, and developed the organizational structures necessary to support growth across multiple markets.

Today, as President of Concrete Structures’ General Contractor Division, Michael leads the division’s strategic direction, business growth, and expansion across domestic and international markets. Under his leadership, Concrete Structures has established general contracting operations in The Bahamas, extending its presence into the Caribbean. His experience building and scaling construction organizations reinforces the executive leadership and organizational strength behind the company’s continued growth.

Shane T. Sawyer, Vice President, Field Operations, Concrete Structures LLC

Shane Sawyer represents the next generation of leadership at Concrete Structures LLC—carrying forward a 50-year legacy of excellence, innovation, and integrity. Having grown up immersed in the business, Shane understands the company from the inside out. Over the past 25 years, he has helped steer its continued growth, strengthening operations while driving new opportunities and partnerships.
Shane combines his father’s work ethic with his own forward-focused leadership, championing quality, safety, and performance on every job. As Vice President of Field Operations, he oversees large-scale commercial and industrial projects with a deep respect for the craft and the people who bring it to life.
Active within the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and a proud supporter of the Chasin A Dream Foundation, Shane is helping shape both the future of the industry and the community it serves. His leadership reflects the evolution of Concrete Structures - from its humble beginnings to a company recognized nationally for building with purpose, precision and heart.

Glen Hartigan, Vice President of Design-Build Services, Concrete Structures General Contractor Division.

Glen Hartigan leads the planning, design management, and delivery of Concrete Structures’ design-build projects. Working closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams, he guides projects from initial concept through design development, permitting, and construction, aligning design decisions with the client’s vision, budget, and schedule.

With decades of experience in commercial development and construction, Glen’s background includes ground-up retail, office and industrial buildings, distribution warehouses, tenant improvements, and renovations. His expertise spans design coordination, preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and project management.

Glen’s leadership connects Concrete Structures’ in-house design capabilities with its self-performing construction operations, establishing a coordinated approach from concept through completion.

Monica Cooper, Vice President of Business Infrastructure & Systems

Monica Cooper built her career as a trusted strategic partner, guiding executive priorities, streamlining operations, and supporting the internal systems that now define her formal role as Vice President of Business Infrastructure & Systems. With more than two decades of experience supporting C-suite executives and managing internal operations, she brings a thoughtful blend of insight, structure, and follow-through to her work with the General Contracting Division at Concrete Structures.

Her professional journey spans a global software company, a commercial construction and development firm, and now a growing general contracting division, each chapter expanding her expertise in internal operations, executive coordination, and business systems. Monica’s leadership style is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and adaptability, shaped by years of partnering closely with senior leadership to create environments where teams can perform and scale with confidence.

In her current role as Vice President of Business Infrastructure & Systems, she leads the development and implementation of internal systems, cross-functional workflows, onboarding frameworks, and compliance processes that support company-wide consistency. She also contributes to business development efforts and oversees key elements of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and benefits administration, ensuring operational alignment across departments.

Known for her steady presence, sharp operational judgment, and ability to turn complexity into clarity, Monica is a driving force in building the foundation that enables performance at every level. Her leadership is shaped not only by industry expertise but also by her deep involvement in communities of empowered women - spaces that celebrate collaboration, elevate impact, and redefine what it means to thrive in leadership.

Shane D. Sawyer General Contractor, Concrete Structures LLC

Shane Sawyer is the third-generation leader of Concrete Structures LLC, proudly continuing a family legacy that spans more than fifty years. From his earliest days on job sites alongside his grandfather and father, Shane absorbed the values that have defined the company since its founding: unwavering craftsmanship, integrity, and the rewards of hard work.
A licensed General Contractor in multiple states, Shane pairs decades of firsthand experience with formal education, holding a degree in Construction Management from the University of Miami. Prior to that, he played football at the University of Michigan, where he honed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership that continue to shape his approach both on and off the field.
Today, as General Contractor for the company, Shane oversees field operations for CSGC's Division 3 concrete projects. He leads with the same steady commitment and genuine care that have guided three generations of Sawyers—ensuring every structure his teams deliver reflects the pride and excellence the family name has always represented.
